01 Products & platforms

Anima

A home for the business behind the work: companies, clients, projects and the agents helping move them forward.

Product concept & engineering

My contribution

I designed and built Anima to bring company operations into one place. Each workspace has its own people, clients and projects, with explicit permissions for agents. Tempo connects the project to its day-to-day work, so planning and follow-through stay in reach.

  • Separate workspaces for companies and freelance work.
  • Clients and projects connected to the same operational context.
  • Named agents with permissions scoped to the work they can access.
  • Tempo integration for the work attached to each project.

My contribution

I adapted the ticketing foundation into an independent product with workspace isolation, agent claims, triage and integrations. Tempo connects to Anima through its API.

  • Independent workspaces, project boards and clear ownership.
  • Agent claims and triage keep delegated work visible.
  • An API connection to Anima keeps project context close to the work.

My contribution

I designed and built the ODDKIN studio website around a clear two-dimensional layout, with original characters and interactive 3D elements bringing its personality into the page. The wider project includes Blender-built creatures and experimental miniature worlds.

  • Creative direction and a distinctive game-studio identity.
  • Original character work and interactive 3D elements.
  • A responsive website that brings the studio’s story into focus.
  • Related experiments in miniature environments and browser interaction.

04 Independent product

ANANSI

A private messenger in development, designed around conversations stored on your own devices.

My contribution

ANANSI is an independent product in active development, built with Rust, Tauri and React. I’m working on the cross-platform application, its interface and the security architecture. End-to-end encryption and network-address protection are design requirements; the product is still being implemented and verified.

  • Product design for private, device-owned conversations.
  • Cross-platform application work with Tauri and React.
  • Security architecture and explicit verification requirements.
  • An interface shaped around people, messages, and trust.

05 Agentic loops / Lucentive

Loop

An agentic loop for turning a campaign brief into on-brand content, with feedback informing what comes next.

My contribution

I originated the idea and defined the concept, product structure and architecture, then managed implementation with Lucentive engineers. Loop connects campaign planning, content creation, human approval and publishing. Performance feedback informs the next campaign, keeping creative direction and day-to-day production connected.

My contribution

I originated the idea and defined the concept, product structure and architecture, then managed implementation with Lucentive engineers. Icarus connects opportunity research, a written product specification, design, implementation and verification. Build and review feed back into each other before human testing, keeping the idea and the result aligned. Publishing has separate release requirements.

My contribution

I translated an AI implementation company’s positioning into a visually led narrative. A custom filament sculpture carries the story, while changing camera angles, pacing and concise copy guide the visitor from the problem to the company’s offer. The experience is available in Portuguese and English.

  • Original sculptural geometry built in Blender.
  • Scroll-directed camera movement and evolving 3D composition.
  • Portuguese and English copy grounded in the company’s offer.
  • Responsive interaction, rendering fallbacks, and deployment.

09 Agent systems / Lucentive

IAS

An AI agent system that turns a request into coordinated work, with a record of what happened.

Product design & engineering

Built with the Lucentive team

Visit IAS
My contribution

As co-founder, product owner and engineer, I built across IAS and its enterprise applications: orchestration, identity, deployment and operational workflows. That work also extends to ALMA, the company OS, and Lucentive Enterprise, One, Aura, Spaces, HR and Lucidmatch. The earlier IAS Console and Apple-style interfaces are part of this history. IAS continues to evolve toward a problem-agnostic agent system.

  • Agent-driven execution with inspectable decisions and artifacts.
  • Enterprise surfaces, multi-tenant boundaries, and operational workflows.
  • ALMA agent gateway: machine identity, scoped permissions, and request validation.
  • Product direction and implementation across a shared TypeScript monorepo.

Product design & engineering · Built and operated at Lucentive

I built and co-built the delivery infrastructure used at Lucentive. Reviews and CI receipts are tied to the commit being merged; isolated worktrees, ownership rules and recovery paths keep parallel work manageable. My voice development harness and Listener turn spoken requests into durable work and bring progress back to the person who asked.

  • Autonomous PR review bound to the actual commit being merged.
  • CI receipts and merge-time validation of the tested change.
  • Isolated worktrees, ownership, recovery, and escalation rules.
  • Voice-to-development harness, plus WhatsApp transcription and idea capture in Listener.

A little about me

From the first question
to the thing people use.

I’m a software engineer, product builder and co-founder at Lucentive. I work across the idea, the architecture and the details of the experience.

Sometimes I build the whole thing. Sometimes I define the product and lead the people who bring it to life. Each project here makes that contribution clear.
