Agent systems / Lucentive

IAS & enterprise software

At Lucentive, I work across the agent runtime, the interfaces people use, and the infrastructure connecting them.

Built with the Lucentive team

My contribution

As co-founder, product owner and engineer, I built across IAS and its enterprise applications: orchestration, identity, deployment and operational workflows. That work also extends to ALMA, the company OS, and Lucentive Enterprise, One, Aura, Spaces, HR and Lucidmatch. The earlier IAS Console and Apple-style interfaces are part of this history. IAS continues to evolve toward a problem-agnostic agent system.

  • Agent-driven execution with inspectable decisions and artifacts.
  • Enterprise surfaces, multi-tenant boundaries, and operational workflows.
  • ALMA agent gateway: machine identity, scoped permissions, and request validation.
  • Product direction and implementation across a shared TypeScript monorepo.

Lucentive Tickets

A shared work record for people and coding agents. Context, ownership and decisions stay with the ticket.

Internal operating product

My contribution

I built the ticketing interface over Lucentive’s canonical Convex work store, including boards, detail views, authorship, history, roles and administration. The difficult part is keeping human triage and agent execution on the same record, with the right access boundaries and enough history for someone else to pick up the work.

  • Shared ticket state and history for people and coding agents.
  • Team boards, ownership, triage, and recoverable work context.
  • Permission-aware ticket actions and administration.
  • Migration and reconciliation tooling for the existing work record.

The development harness

The tooling around coding agents: automated reviews, CI evidence, merge checks and a way to work by voice.

My contribution

I built and co-built the delivery infrastructure used at Lucentive. Reviews and CI receipts are tied to the commit being merged; isolated worktrees, ownership rules and recovery paths keep parallel work manageable. My voice development harness and Listener turn spoken requests into durable work and bring progress back to the person who asked.

  • Autonomous PR review bound to the actual commit being merged.
  • CI receipts and merge-time validation of the tested change.
  • Isolated worktrees, ownership, recovery, and escalation rules.
  • Voice-to-development harness, plus WhatsApp transcription and idea capture in Listener.

What happens around a pull request

Review the actual change
Independent model reviews stay tied to the commit under review.
Keep the test evidence
CI receipts record which change passed. Merge checks validate that evidence.
Recover the work
Ownership, isolated worktrees and saved context let the next agent continue.

Also: a voice-to-development harness and Listener, for transcription and idea capture.

Two websites, a little less ordinary.

Art direction, models and code.

A website for a gaming studio concept, with original creatures and a miniature world to explore.

My contribution

An original 3D website for an AI gaming studio concept. Blender-built characters and miniature environments live inside a continuous browser experience. Material, light, sound, and character interaction give the site its personality.

  • Original Blender characters and environment models.
  • A directed Three.js camera journey through connected scenes.
  • Creature interactions, atmospheric sound, and responsive presentation.
  • Browser performance work and reduced-motion support.

Custom filament sculpture, camera direction and bilingual copy.

An AI implementation company’s website, told through a custom sculpture and a changing point of view.

My contribution

I turned the company’s positioning into a spatial narrative, with a custom filament sculpture, changing camera angles, and a carefully paced transition from raw material to coordinated motion. The website has Portuguese and English experiences.

  • Original sculptural geometry built in Blender.
  • Scroll-directed camera movement and evolving 3D composition.
  • Portuguese and English copy grounded in the company’s offer.
  • Responsive interaction, rendering fallbacks, and deployment.

Independent product

ANANSI

A private messenger I’m building for conversations that live on the participants’ own devices.

In development

Ask me about Anansi
My contribution

ANANSI is an independent product in active development, built with Rust, Tauri and React. I’m working on the cross-platform application, its interface and the security architecture. End-to-end encryption and network-address protection are design requirements; the product is still being implemented and verified.

  • Product design for private, device-owned conversations.
  • Cross-platform application work with Tauri and React.
  • Security architecture and explicit verification requirements.
  • An interface shaped around people, messages, and trust.

A record of the work

Jan 30 - Sep 9, 2026

Some days are for enterprise systems.
Others are for a project I can’t leave alone.

11,464 attributed commits across 194 active days. Explore the dates and the kind of work behind them.

About this record

Snapshot through September 9, 2026. 109 available Git databases inspected, with personal remote history included where missing locally. Commit hashes are deduplicated across repositories and worktrees.

Counts include AI-assisted work and merge commits. Bot authors are excluded. Categories are estimates from repository names and commit subjects. This is a record of attributed activity, not hours worked, code quality or business impact. Dates use São Paulo time.
